Janet Grace has been a summer resident of Amherst Island for over 30 years.

Presently, she and her husband Brian are renovating a circa 1857 brick house on Stella Bay with a view to becoming permanent island residents within the next two years.

We live on Amherst Island, year-round. Dave has been selling Amherst Island real estate since 1989. Diane has been working in real estate since 1998, and became a sales representative in 2001. We work as a team to better serve you, and to provide both a male and female perspective on purchasing and selling. With Dave’s background in research and Diane’s background in teaching, we bring a wide range of skills to our real estate practice.
