2010 Sponsors of WaterSide Summer Series

Waterside Sponsors are a major reason for the success of the Waterside Summer Series. Our Sponsors believe that a vibrant community needs successful initiatives in the arts. We offer Sponsors our thanks by inviting them to after-concert suppers with the artists and giving them early booking privileges for tickets. Applications for sponsorship should be sent, with a cheque payable to Waterside, to Bill Harris, 4 Front Road.  Contact Bill Harris at bbharris@kos.net for more information.

Saw-whet                $100-199
Long-Eared Owls   $200-299
Great Horned         $300-399
Snowy Owls            $400-499
Great Gray Owls    $500-1000


Applications for Sponsoring should be sent with a cheque payable to Waterside, to Bill Harris at the above address.

Early Ticketing Privileges:
Sponsors may book and receive tickets prior to their availability to the public on May first. We welcome these orders because it allows us to spread out the administrative work, but with only 140 seats available for each concert we have to apply some conditions to these sales.


• Sponsors may request tickets at any time after they receive the brochure, which is usually late February. These early booking tickets will be mailed out the last two weeks of April. Ticketing for the public begins on May 1st.
  
• No more that 4 tickets per concert can be obtained by a Sponsor prior to May, to ensure that there are tickets available in May for the general public, BUT-2 ticket limit for Sponsors prior to May 1 for Elora-FS,..
  
• After May 1st any additional requests will be subject to availability.
  
• To qualify for early booking a person must have been a Sponsor in the previous year or have already subscribed during the current year.
  
• Persons wishing to become a new Sponsor and order tickets must include with their order their payment for the Sponsor category of their choice.
